Proprietary designs integrate state-of-the-art manufacturing, including hot air welding, high-frequency welding, and triple sidewall technology, reinforced with #316 stainless steel hardware and substantial nylon webbing.

Interlocking Wall Technology
Seamless wall connections form structurally robust containment barriers when pressurized, eliminating the vulnerabilities of conventional inflatables. Rip-stop PVC Gator Mouth Flaps, secured with stretch cords and stainless-steel hardware, cover the seams for both durability and a sleek finish.
Hot Air Welding
Every component uses hot air welding to fuse material layers through heat, speed, and pressure — welds stronger than the material itself, with no toxic glues or chemical bonding required.
High-Frequency Welding
D-rings, lashing points, handles, and grips are welded directly to the product's body for optimal adhesion — strategically placed to enhance durability and maintain structural integrity during operation.
