FEATURES
The Sealed Air Arena system by SHOCK distinguishes itself with its innovative interlocking wall technology, a testament to cutting-edge manufacturing techniques and unparalleled craftsmanship. This system features seamless wall connections that, when pressurized, form structurally robust containment barriers. This ingenious approach eliminates the inherent vulnerabilities of conventional inflatable structures, ensuring the arena walls are impervious to rips and tears even under extreme stress, thereby surpassing the typical operational standards. Further enhancing the resilience and aesthetic of the system are the Gator Mouth Flaps. These flaps, crafted from rip-stop PVC, are secured with impact-resistant stretch cords and stainless-steel hardware, covering the wall seams. This not only bolsters the durability and functionality but also contributes to a sleek, refined look. SHOCK’s dedication to innovation and quality is embodied in the Sealed Air Arena’s Interlocking Wall Technology, setting a new benchmark for excellence in the field.
Hot Air Welding
All SHOCK Gel Blaster Arena components incorporate the latest hot air welding technology to ensure seams do not leak under pressure. Hot air welding fuses the layers of material together through a process of heat, speed, and pressure. Just like in metal welding, hot air PVC welds are stronger than the actual material, while excluding the need for any toxic glues or chemical bonding.
High-Frequency Welding
All SHOCK Gel Blaster Arena D-Rings, lashing points, handles, and grips undergo high-frequency welding directly to the product's body to ensure optimal adhesion. The strategic placement of these components is meticulously designed to enhance durability and is engineered to maintain the utmost structural integrity during operation.
